The machine is made of SS304 stainless steel for all parts, and the surfaces in contact with the product are coated from the inside with food grade Teflon to prevent the product from sticking.All welding areas are treated and polished.The machine is equipped with two screws in the conveyor chamber that rotate in opposite directions, compressing the cheese to be delivered to the forming section.The two screws are connected to a single motor (1.5 kW), and the electric motor is encased in a stainless steel SS304 cover.The cutting section features a cylindrical roller connected to the cheese exit hole,  which forms it according to the size of the required balls.
